At Swift Jeep Chrysler Dodge we pride ourselves on our customer service. Your items are in stock 90% of the time and we ship fast! If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return new and uninstalled product for a refund. ALL RADIOS AND DVD PLAYERS ARE NON RETURNABLE AND ARE A FINAL SALE!!  Items usually ship within 24-48 hours except on Thursdays, Fridays and the weekends. If products are purchased on a Thursday or Friday, we will ship Monday or Tuesday. If items are purchased on the weekend, items will ship either Tuesday or Wednesday. This is not a guarantee. If purchasing 2nd day air we guarantee it two days after SHIP DATE not two days after purchase date. 

After your item is shipped you will receive a confimation email. All tracking numbers are uploaded into the website so you may log back in and enter your confirmation number to see your tracking. All items are either shipped UPS or USPS - some exceptions are made for very large items in which we will use FEDEX. You may run your tracking number at either UPS.COM or USPS.COM to obtain current info on your package.
